Studio identity

The identity people see across Studio and any remote-participant screens.

Default Studio use

The starting workflow for new sessions. Change it whenever the work changes.

Media & remote tools optional

Only relevant when your Studio work uses recording, streaming or a remote participant. Leave these generic if you do not need them.

Default participants

Optional. Add recurring clients, guests, practitioners, facilitators or team β€” or leave it empty and add people per session.

Only use this when a client, guest, speaker or collaborator is joining remotely. Create their private access and get them checked in.

Wrap

Capture outcomes, follow-ups, deliverables, edit notes or next steps while they are still fresh.

Money & privacy

Studio runs the production. Business owns the financials.

YasReady platform rule

Money lives in Business.

Client/session charges, practitioner or contractor costs, production expenses, sponsorship income, talent payments and any other financial records live in Business. Studio can link work to those records, but Studio never becomes the ledger and never exposes amounts, totals, margins or profitability.

Session, guest or production costBusiness owns the amount. Studio only knows which piece of work it belongs to.
Client, sponsor or production incomeBusiness owns the revenue record. Studio stays focused on doing the work.
Team privacyProducers can run Studio without needing access to company margins or financial reporting.
Business core is active for every YasReady profile. The financial ledger is profile-scoped and separate from Studio production data.
